A fermented Napoli style tomato sauce, with the star of the show being Tigerella tomato's, grown here in the north-east.  These beautiful heritage tomato's are fermented with other unripe tomato’s from our gardens. Balanced with a bronze fennel vinegar brewed in house.  Perfect for pizzas, pasta’s bolognaise, and so much more!

Ingredients

San Marino Tomato, Tigerella Tomato, Red Onion, White Onion, Garlic, Scotch Bonnet Chillies, Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sulphites

Shelf life 6 Months. Keep refrigerated. Once open consume within 3 months.
