Sweet habanero fermented hot sauce

our sweet habanero is a blend of all of our sauces with the addition of papaya, bringing similar notes of sweet chilli but with a more deep flavour, and a-bit hotter. This sauce is made with a blend of habanero peppers and scotch bonnet, grown in our gardens and fermented in house. 

Ingredients

Habanero Chillies, Scotch Bonnet Chillies, Preserved Lemon, Carrot, Sugar, Mango, Papaya, Vinegar.

Shelf life 6 Months. Keep refrigerated. Once open consume within 3 months.
