Green bastard

A salsa verde-style sauce made with coriander, parsley, lime and garlic, with a sweet peach base and dried habaneros added at the end. Fresh, floral and slightly sweet at first, with the habaneros bringing the bastard kick afterwards.

ingredients: coriander, jalapeno, habanero, garlic, lime, peach, sugar, vinegar.
