Kimchi ketchup

A tomato ketchup made with our own kimchi, fermented for 3–5 months before being blended with a rich tomato base. Tangy, savoury and slightly cabbagey, with a proper fermented depth. Great with cheese, fried eggs or anything that needs a bit of a kick 

ingredients: House kimchi, onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, tomato's, tomato paste, water, chopped tomato, dark soy sauce.
